The team name of Barelang MRT is taken from an iconic bridge located in Batam, Riau Islands named Barelang, this team has the goal of creating a submarine that is automatic, strong and has a very important function for the community so that the name of this team becomes Barelang Marine Robotic Team
The international roboboat competition is the first competition from the Barelang-MRT team, in the autonomous surface vehicle which has a very extraordinary experience in 2022. Barelang MRT Rank 11 in International Roboboat Competition
